What WorkOrbit collects
WorkOrbit collects workplace activity from the desktop agent during working hours: check-in and check-out events, working and break time, application and website usage, idle time and, when enabled by the organization, screenshots.
Who can see it
Access is governed by role-based access control and manager hierarchy. Managers see their own teams, HR sees workforce-level metrics, and executives see aggregated analytics.
Configuration is yours
Organizations control screenshot capture, capture intervals, retention and idle thresholds. Features can be disabled where they are not appropriate.
Storage and transmission
Activity is stored securely on the device when offline and synchronized to WorkOrbit Cloud when connectivity returns. Access events are recorded in the audit trail.
